We are a premier Cleaning and Restoration company specializing in Insurance Restoration. Our office is centrally located in Winnipeg and we service the Greater Winnipeg Area & Rural Manitoba. If you are a hard working individual with experience in a reception/administrative position looking to build a career then we would love to hear from you. Computer and phone skills are a must with a good understanding of all Microsoft Office programs. Other software we use on a daily basis are industry specific therefore we will train the successful applicant. Basic knowledge of construction would be an asset to help with terminology but is something that can be learned on the job. Duties would include but not be limited to: Â·Â Answering Phones Â·Â Opening/directing mail Â·Â Scanning and directing bills Â·Â Checking daily time sheets Â·Â Opening new jobs & file management Â·Â Ordering office and job supplies Â·Â Marketing Assistance Â·Â Basic data entry Knowledge of QuickBooks would be an asset.
