Admin Assistant (noc 1241)

CHANGE OF PHASE CONSULTING GROUP is hiring a Permanent / full time Admin Assistant (NOC 1241) for the PRINCE GEORGE office.

The Candidate must have:
• At least Post Secondary Education
• More than 5 years related work experience

• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings
• Determine and establish office procedures
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
• Prepare and edit correspondence and invoices
• Greet visitors and guests
• Arrange travel schedules and make reservations

Wage: $21 – $23/hour
Work Hours: 30 Hours per Week
Location of work: 100-2666 QUEENSWAY STREET, PRINCE GEORGE, BC, V2L 5B8
