Vivacity Fitness Beginner YogaFitness Classes
Yoga is an ancient form of movement used to increase flexibility, strength, relaxation, and balance. This class is suitable for beginners. Classes are composed of standing, sitting and supine asanas (postures) and an introduction into pranaymas (breathing) techniques. Mondays: 6:45pm-7:45pm Schedule: Feb. 20 – April 23 Please note: No class March 19 and April 16 OR Tuesdays 7:00-8:00pm Schedule: March 6 – May 8 No Class: March 20 and April 17 OR Thursdays 1:00-2:00p.m Schedule: March 15- May 17 No class: March 22, 29 and April 19 Location: Vivacity Fitness, 561 St. Anne’s rd Cost: $80 + GST for 8 weeks Drop ins are welcome ($12) please call to confirm availability. Registration can be done in person at 561 St. Anne’s rd, cash or cheque accepted (please address cheque to Vivacity Fitness, ATM onsite). Registration is only complete once payment has been received.
