Personal Trainer Offering Flexible Changes For Lasting Results.

My name is Kyle Gruarin and I’m a certified Personal Trainer under YMCA Individual Conditioning Level 2 (equivalent to Canfitpro). I have over a year and a half of experience as a trainer where I’ve worked with a diverse range of people; anywhere from novices to elite athletes. My main areas of speciality are body composition changes (ex. fat loss/muscle gain), along with strength & conditioning. I spend a great deal of time reading studies and research reviews so I can assure you my recommendations reflect the current views of the scientific community. This will allow me to give you the most efficient and flexible results I can. I’m also an aspiring powerlifter, and as such I’ve been able to put my knowledge gathered from research into my own training to yield results I’m very proud of. I believe fitness and nutrition should flow seamlessly with the rest of your life and therefore am a huge advocate of sustainable diet and training protocols. By this I mean you won’t dread doing your workouts and you’ll absolutely be able to treat yourself to the foods you want on a daily basis without it hindering your health or goals.

I do have my own lifting equipment which I can bring to your home but there are also a couple gyms in the area which I’ve been given access to train at.
