Regional Account Manager- Alexandria, Green valley

Selltech is looking for enthusiastic and driven outside sales professionals to join our residential outside sales team. Our Regional Account Manager’s sell telecommunications products and services (cable, high speed internet & phone) to residential subscribers in an assigned territory and up-sell current customers. We are looking for a community leader to be the face of Eastlink in your assigned region. Attend events, join the chamber of commerce, get out there and make contacts! While the primary mode of solicitation is through neighborhood canvassing and door to door (face to face) contact with existing and prospective customers, you have the freedom to create alternative ways through your personal contacts, and other business development initiatives. We want to find individuals who are independant and want create something of their own. Independant, driven, and reliable Managers not only have the flexibility of running their own team, but they also have the opportunities to make over $50,000 if targets are hit.

– Demonstrates strong understanding of telecommunications products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by knocking every door within assigned territory. Displays thorough and competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns for cable, high-speed internet, and phone services (all employees will be trained in this area).
-Develop contacts within the region who can produce leads for you
-Create relationships with Landlords and business leaders to help grow your business.
– Communicates and develops rapport with customers. Evaluates customer’s existing and potential product needs and makes recommendations. Increases customer understanding of the telecommunications products and pricing models as well as competitive advantage over other service providers.
– Meets and exceeds sales goals, as established by local market. Generates business through established and approved creative methods of lead generation. Implements effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved.
-Possesses impeccable communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
-Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for distances in all types of weather conditions.
– Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s).
– Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
