Customer Support Person Hwy 407 / Warden

We are a leading Canada Wide provider of Retail Point of Sale Software and Hardware solutions.  Currently we are looking to add a bright and ambitious Technical Support Representative to our team.  An experienced individual with two years or more of customer service experience who is ready to jump into a long-term opportunity and grow within our company!   Key responsibilities of the position include:   • Answer calls in priority sequence as per call queue and support tickets. • Customer Service – Dealing with customers questions, concerns, and requirements  in a patient and helpful manner. • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written • Pleasant and professional phone manner and customer service orientation • Good computer skills required (MS Word, MS Excel) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, quick thinker • Ability to handle customer issues & complaints • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment This is a full time permanent position. Paid training is provided.   Salary 30k to 32k
